Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying and performance marketing.

  • Proven experience generating significant monthly sales revenue (minimum 2-3 crore Taka).

  • Strong expertise in managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and social media insights.

  • Excellent budget management skills and experience optimizing campaigns for ROI.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with the publishing industry is a plus.


Responsibilities & Context

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of Somokalin Prokashon’s digital marketing strategy and execution.

You will focus on both organic and paid approaches, creating innovative campaigns that enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and optimize sales performance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with a strong knowledge of media buying, a proven track record of generating significant revenue, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership: Lead all digital marketing efforts for Somokalin Prokashon Ltd., ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth. Independently manage strategic marketing planning without relying on external support.

  • Media Buying & Campaign Management: Develop and execute high-impact media buying strategies across digital platforms to drive sales. Manage ad budgets effectively, pacing expenditure to ensure optimal ROI and channel-wide KPI optimization.

  • Content Development & Scheduling: Develop a robust organic and paid content strategy using a well-structured content calendar. Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand content for social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.

  • Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation strategies for all digital platforms, driving consistent results. Optimize funnels to convert leads into paying customers.

  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, providing in-depth analysis, actionable intelligence, and practical improvements. Develop branding and conversion strategies for both SEM and social media channels.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, evaluate, and report the performance of all campaigns using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to refine strategies.

  • Brand Development: Build Somokalin Prokashon into a strong and recognizable brand in the publishing industry. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.

  • Sales Growth: Drive monthly sales revenue of at least 2-3 crore Taka through effective digital marketing initiatives.
