Additional Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing & social media marketing* (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of *SEO (on-page, off-page, backlinks, keyword strategy, etc.)* (certification is a plus).
  • Experience in field-based business development* and sales is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in *healthcare, telemedicine, or a related industry* is a plus.

Skills & Competencies*

  • Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali* (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in *SEO tools* (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with *social media management platforms* (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to *handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth platform management*.
  • Comfortable with *working remotely* while also handling field operations.
  • Highly responsive and adaptable* to business needs outside of standard working hours.

Job Summary

We are looking for a *Digital Marketing & Business Development Manager* who will play a crucial role in growing Evereast Health and supporting GrowNow360 and Listolet when needed. The ideal candidate will have *a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and business development, with the ability to manage administrative operations efficiently. This is a **remote-first* position, but *30-40% of the role involves fieldwork—engaging with doctors, pharmacists, and laboratories to onboard them onto our platform. The role requires **flexibility*, as occasional communication outside of standard business hours may be necessary.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Digital Marketing & SEO*

  • Develop and execute *digital marketing strategies* to drive engagement and growth.
  • Manage *social media marketing campaigns* and content strategies.
  • Implement and oversee *SEO strategies* (on-page, off-page, backlinks, etc.) to improve search rankings.
  • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and keywords for better online visibility.
  • Run and analyze paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track and report key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
  • ### *Business Development & Field Operations (30-40%)*
  • Identify and onboard *doctors, pharmacists, and laboratories* onto the Evereast Health platform.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct field visits to *negotiate partnerships and collaborations*.
  • Represent the company at healthcare events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups.
  • ### *Administrative & Operational Management*
  • Manage *doctor and patient onboarding* processes.
  • Oversee *patient payment workflows* and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain *efficient administrative operations*.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges related to platform management.
  • ### *Flexibility & Availability*
  • While this is not a 9-to-5 job, the candidate should be *available to respond to messages or urgent matters outside regular hours (e.g., 8 PM or 10 PM as needed)*.
  • Ensure prompt responses to business-critical communications.
