Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (not mandatory if skilled).

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) are a plus.

Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 years

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the fashion or retail industry).

  • Experience in running Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (PPC, retargeting, audience targeting).

  • Content creation skills (basic graphic design using Canva/Photoshop, video editing is a plus).

  • SEO & SEM expertise (Google ranking, keyword research, backlinks, etc.).

  • Ability to create and execute social media strategies (posts, reels, stories, engagement).

  • Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms).

  • Good understanding of data analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills for ad content, captions, and blog writing.

  • Creative, innovative, and trend-aware.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

  • Passion for fashion and e-commerce.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

  • Grow and engage audiences on social media platforms.

  • Manage and update the Facebook page, Instagram, and website.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance and make improvements.

  • Work on collaborations and influencer marketing
