Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience
  • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Restaurant, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Resort, Amusement Park
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Estimating workload to establish completion dates and backlog. 

  • Perform all engineering services in accordance with accepted engineering practices and local codes and regulations. 

  • Ensure full compliance of all projects with company-wide engineering practices and procedures. 

  • With assistance from the Corporate Engineer/manager, verify and ensure that all technical drawings, calculations, bills of material, and other applicable project documents are current, accurate, and complete. 

  • Provide field technical supervision and/or training at the branches' request. 

  • Performs various Engineering tasks and projects as assigned. 

  • Oversee the Project Workflow Inspection of Construction Sites Preparing Cost Estimates Providing Support to the Engineering Team.

  • Preparing Project Reports coordinating with the Team Members Supervised the implementation of approved plans and methodology for construction. 

  • Attend all scheduled inspections as officially written on the approved contractor's request for inspection. 

  • Ensured that the materials and workmanship were at all times in accordance with the approved plans and contract specifications. 

  • Signed pouring permit every after conducted inspection prior to concrete pouring/casting. 

  • Prepared a detailed progress report of accomplishment and other significant documentation. 

  • Maintained complete records for the actual status of accomplishment of the project site conditions, a problem encountered availability of manpower requirements, and the operational/ non-operational heavy equipment utilized at the project site. 

  • Issued written Site Instruction (SI) to project general contractor to conduct necessary rectification/ remedial works for non-compliance to project specification and plan, poor workmanship, and other liabilities during construction.
