Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Very good competency in Sales analysis and team training.
  • 10 years’ experience in any reputed Real Estate company with Minimum 3 years in the similar position.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic deputy sales manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry. This candidate should have at least 5 to 6 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

  • Responsible for the entire Sales including policy formulation and implementation.

  • Responsible to lead Sales Team and have to achieve team target.

  • Lead the team for daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.

  • Create new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.

  • Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.

  • Time to time report to the supervisor.

  • Able to find some new corporate house/individual customers who are eligible to buy our product.

  • Create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.

  • Building a strong relationship with the customers.

  • Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.

  • Aggressive for sales completion with excellent leadership capability.

  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
