MBA /Masters in Marketing/Post Graduation in any relevant subject.
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in land procurement department of any reputed real estate company
Have experience to procure high ended residential & commercial projects for premium customers
Excellent communication skills
In depth knowledge of land related documents
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues

Verification of Land related documents & consult with legal department promptly
Liaison with all concerned government department
Develop strategy for Post negotiation activity
Analysis of proposal & effective coordination with all concerned proactively
Forecast future business through analysis of relevant data and other land information
Able to independently negotiate and procure land on behalf of company
Identify potential land and extend personalized service to the land owners
Able to conduct proper cost/benefit analysis to ensure company profitability
Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicating with the relevant personnel for professional feedback
