Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Apparel or related industries.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure event calendar for entire financial year covering all the welfare, employee relation & CSR activities.

  • Make sure the availability of budgeted cadre with defined competencies and skill.

  • Ensure recruitment, selection and placement of workers & Non-Management Staff as per approved Human Resources Plan.

  • Make sure all members going through designed training to perform the job effectively.

  • Ensure arrangements of training as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and follow-up training evaluation & its effectiveness·

  • Make sure payroll is processing according to agreed timeline.

  • Make sure people are equally treated as per organizational guidelines.

  • Ensure Employee motivation to achieve optimum desired output & maintain happy work force.

  • Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.

  • Ensure health, safety & security and CSR initiatives as required & practiced.

  • Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process of entire fact.

  • Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.

  • Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).

  • Ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
