Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

Must completed CA professional level (3 subject completed)

Experience
  • At least 5 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders in accordance with IFRS and other applicable laws and regulations.

  • Supervise & reconciliation of monthly VAT sales, purchase, consumption and inventory with Ledger records and review of monthly VAT return- Mushak- 9.1 and Input Output co-efficient- Mushak- 4.3.

  • Ensure that the transactions are processed with all necessary supporting documents in compliance with Income Tax Act 2023 and VAT and Supplementary Duty Act 2012.

  • Provide necessary documents and support for filling Monthly withholding Tax return, yearly Income Tax return and other requirements as per Income Tax Act 2023.

  • Preparation of yearly master budget, monthly variance analysis and provide insights to the management after General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and analysis of elements of financial statements.

  • Implement and monitor financial control in respect of showroom and head office expenses and ensure different reports related to showroom, market and industry.

  • Preparation and presentation of Management report with relevant insights for top management.

  • Product wise profitability (Historical and Forecasted both) analysis for current and new SKU’s considering historical and forecasted market price.

  • Review of overall treasury and working Capital Management (Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly cash management and bank reconciliation), accounts payable functions (weekly monitoring and analyzing of vendor) and Accounts receivable functions (Customer wise aging and credit management as per approved policy)

  • Closely work with Head Office Accounts to provide any other ad hoc requirements of management.
