Job Purpose
Analyzing data, identifying business requirements, and proposing efficient systems or process improvements to ensure the smooth running of the Project. To find out the barriers of ongoing program and help to improve portfolio quality of CSP Microfinance Program and provide necessary information to authority on time.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting monthly and driving basic health service initiative through microfinance Shastho Kormi (SK).
Generating insights from portfolio analysis, assisting in business strategy planning & proposing efficient systems or process improvements.
Making risk analysis of Customer Service Points (CSP).
Assisting the operational strategy team for effective business target setting and planning for health service execution.
Conducting survey and analysing the market for Client Interaction Points (CIP), Customer Service Points (CSP) expansion and generating lead through microfinance Shastho Kormi (SK).
Supporting the operational strategy team for better business structure planning.
Visiting field timely to collect feedback and follow-up on the operation and basic health service activities.
Collaborating with stakeholders, creating detailed documentation, and contributing to project planning and implementation.
Creating meeting presentation slides and writing circulars and meeting minutes.
Drafting the house rent agreement and various applications for approval.
Selecting vendors for purchasing furniture and office decoration to ensure branding.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
