Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
Additional Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the feed, livestock, or agribusiness industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in managing a large sales team and dealer network.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for feed and chicks.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, poultry farms, and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Ensure sales targets are met and take proactive measures to improve performance.
