Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the feed, livestock, or agribusiness industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing a large sales team and dealer network.

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, poultry farms, and key stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
Ensure sales targets are met and take proactive measures to improve performance.
