The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall factory operation & production related activities effectively & efficiently.
To ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, Plant maintenance work in progress leading to continuous improvements.Supervise the activities of the Administration, HR & Compliance issues in the Factory.
To ensure overall factory security and safety system.
Legal and land related work experience will be preferable.
Ensure the care and maintenance of common utilities.
Manpower budgeting and allocations as per future planning.
Provide vision to create benefits and value proposition for a customer, which in turn will translate into revenue and profitability.
Coordination and integration at all departments to ensure smooth operation.
To maintain constant supply chain.
Ensure all tasks in all departments are done according to SOP.
To ensure liaison with local administration of the Government and local authorities.
To Carryout management instruction time to time as required.
