From assisting with inquiries to resolving any challenges, you’ll be the go-to person for creating lasting impressions and elevating customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
Guide customers through the product selection process and provide after-sales support
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
