Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Experience Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Head Gear, interacting directly with customers to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience. From assisting with inquiries to resolving any challenges, you’ll be the go-to person for creating lasting impressions and elevating customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively

  • Guide customers through the product selection process and provide after-sales support

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
