    Call Center, E-commerce, F-commerce
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 29 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Answer customer queries about products and services related to the company.
  • Contact customers over the phone and confirm orders
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Take feedback from customers about service.
  • Follow up on the customer's complaint.
  • Also, contact delivery agents (If needed)
  • Telesales.
