Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, E-commerce
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.

  • Must have clear spoken ability in English.

  • Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

  • Be confident and able to approach people.

  • Must have good knowledge about IT.

  • Duty (9 PM to 5 AM).

  • Graduated in English we get first priority.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Attending client's queries, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately appointed as per organization rules and regulation.

  • To carry out the daily operations of the customer service through only outbound call, live chat, video calling, texting and Email with the foreign client.

  • Communicate fluently in English.

  • Responding to customer questions and complaints over phone/online.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information.

  • To interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.

  • Keep up to date with necessary information, new launches, promotions etc.
