Attending client's queries, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately appointed as per organization rules and regulation.
To carry out the daily operations of the customer service through only outbound call, live chat, video calling, texting and Email with the foreign client.
Communicate fluently in English.
Responding to customer questions and complaints over phone/online.
Identify customer needs, clarify information.
To interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.
Keep up to date with necessary information, new launches, promotions etc.
