Experience

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using messenger platforms, email, and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Calling customers to confirm their orders.
  • Providing customer support via messenger platforms and email.

Key Duties:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicating with customers to provide information about products/services.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service practices.
