Experience
  • 1 to 5 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Receiving phone calls from clients.
  • Answer phone call and social media queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Reply messenger, WhatsApp messages and input patient data to the CRM Software.
  • Schedule appointments for patients to appointment booking software.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to clients regarding services offered.
  • Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority.
