Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Should be able to handle visitors in a proper and polite manners.
Receiving customer queries and forwarding to concern department.
Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database.
Provide product information to the customer
High on energy and enthusiastic to ensure quality of service to our customers
Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures
Develop and maintain close relationship with both existing and potential customers.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide them information about the resolution of the same / close files.
Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
Organize and attend outdoor business meeting when necessary.
