Group Formation & Farmer Engagement
Proven experience in forming and training groups of marginal farmers, with a focus on fisheries.
Demonstrated ability to arrange meetings and foster community-level engagement.
Hands-on experience managing 100–200 groups, each with approximately 20 members.
Business Communication & Microfinance Expertise
Excellent business communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Extensive managerial-level experience in microfinance operations, including both field and head office roles, within renewal organizations.
Loan & Financial Operations Management
Expertise in loan disbursement, realization, overdue recovery, and developing proper recovery plans.
Proven track record in planning and achieving financial targets, recovery goals, and extension plans.
Staff & Operational Leadership
Strong capability in conducting need assessments and managing staff at all organizational levels.
Ability to write detailed and actionable reports in both English and Bangla.
Required Experience:
Minimum 10 years (insert required years) of experience in the microfinance or agricultural sector, with a specific focus on fisheries and marginal farmers.
Demonstrated success in handling complex operations involving large groups and achieving organizational objectives.
Highly energetic and can work in the field.
Field experience in NGOs or other similar organizations.

Experience in Fisheries Extension projects and training (preferred).
