Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer care Executive to join our Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers.
  • He/She will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide information about our products and services.
  • The ideal candidate has to be empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and what’s app.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
