Astra Supply Chain Limited is looking for Cloud Support Engineer.

First-level Support of mainly NSCP/CBX applications
First-level Support for HSCM and B2B Order Processing applications (in Asian working hours, supplementing the Hamburg-based support team)
First-level Support for other ds SCS applications (supported in various regions currently)
Provide support to all users via the different channels available
Provide swift resolution to users on all problems
User authorization
Educate teams and users about the digital solution, self-learning and tools available, while independently keeping your own technical knowledge up-to-date
Provide details to other support tier levels if request cannot be resolved
Assist local or regional IT project deployment
Perform other duties as assigned by management
