Requirements

Education
  • Masters in any discipline. MPH/MBA will be preferred.
Experience
  • At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing the overall operations of social/commercial business units, branches. Experience in the field of health care/ Clinic/Hospital operation will be given preference.
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill with leadership capability, analytical skills, self- organizing capacity. Open to ideas and positive attitude to contribute.
  • Candidate who has valid driving license and can drive motorcycle will be an added value.

Responsibilities & Context

Marie Stopes Bangladesh (MSB), a social business organization, in an affiliated of MSI Reproductive Choices, UK that works in 37 countries across the globe. MSB has been providing access to high-quality healthcare services at an affordable cost in every single region of Bangladesh, since 1988. MSB is looking for Clinic Manager for Marie Stopes Clinic Rangpur & Kurigram for smooth running of the centre on a day-to-day basis by managing clinic staff & overseeing all clinical areas adhere to MSB clinical standards and national protocols. The Clinic Manager will plan, direct and run the day-to-day activities as well as ensure clinical service & promotional activities. H/she will be responsible to ensure the ethical clinical practices as well as sustainability for the clinic.

  • Responsible for the achievement of overall targets set up the organization for the specific Clinic.
  • Ensure client care in the provision of services to clients maintaining clinical quality standard quality standards, the service protocol and other service related standards/policies/procedures.
  • Manage initial client complaints & queries and provide support to team members in the management of complex cases and maintaining adequate client satisfaction by creating a client-oriented environment.
  • Ensure appropriate responses to handling medical emergencies are in place, lead on emergency situations when present and follow up all cases to conclusion.
  • Be familiar with the technical standards, protocols and checklists and implement all necessary steps detailed in the standards and Identify gaps or breech in quality aspect and take necessary action.
  • Report all incidents to the head office concerned persons in appropriate time and cooperate the investigation to close up the incident report & implement the action plans accordingly.
  • Be familiar with organization financial and administrative policies and comply with policy in any financial matters of the clinic.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of performance against the business plan, and especially the KPIs – discuss performance at the team meetings and agree / review specific actions taken to improve any areas of under-performance
