Responsibilities & Context

Receive customer calls and solve their problems.
Working on HR activities as recruitment, salary disbursement, joining & rejection, holiday etc.
Writing authority letters and making excel reports.
Making Any other report issuing by management.
Alerting on critical issues to management.
