Responsibilities & Context

WMarketing is Hiring a Client Service Executive (Female)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their concerns.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and ensure all information is up to date

Working Days:5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday).

Location:House - 09, Avenue - 2, Sector - 15, Dia Bari, Uttara-1230
