Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
  • At least 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged), E-commerce
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 35 years
  • Preference will be given to those with a Former Officer background from the Bangladesh Army

  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, supply chain logistics, and business expansion strategies

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive business performance

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities

  • Must be proficient in both Bangla and English


Responsibilities & Context

The COO will oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong operations, supply chain management, and strategic planning background. This role requires a leader who can optimize business processes, expand market reach, and strengthen our presence in both local and export markets.

  • Collaborating with the Managing Director (MD), CEO, and executive team to develop and execute long-term business strategies

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and growth

  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company

  • Ensuring efficiency in e-commerce order fulfillment, delivery, supply chain, and logistics management

  • Must have experience in managing large teams and multiple departments

  • Developing strategic operational plans to drive company growth

  • Supervising departmental activities and evaluating overall performance

  • Improving supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution systems

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and design service improvement plans

  • Making strategic decisions on software integration, automation, and technology adoption

  • Implementing cost management strategies and optimize profits

  • Working closely with Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) teams
