Job Responsibilities:
Process transactions: Accepts deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances
Balance cash: Maintains cash flow and balances the ledger at the end of the day
Provide customer service: Responds to customer queries, solves complaints, and informs customers about bank services
Authenticate customers: Verifies customer identities and signatures before processing payments
Manage cash: Counts and reconciles cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
Promote products: Advises customers on bank products and services
Resolve complaints: Handles customer complaints calmly and professionally
Maintain a clean checkout area: Restocks bags and cleans equipmen

Bachelor/Degree or equivalent educational qualification.
Prior experience in healthcare customer support is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
