Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience
  • At least 7 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 26 years
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the packaging or carton sales industry.

  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, carton design, and manufacturing processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • 5-7 Years of working Experience


Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for carton sales in the packaging and trims sector.

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to customers regarding carton design, specifications, and material options.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and design, to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and potential new markets for carton solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting product benefits and ROI.

  • Stay informed on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting packaging.
