Requirements

Education
  • HSC, Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·

  • Previous experience in a call Centre or customer service role is preferred. Freshers are also encourage to apply.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure·

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software·

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload·

  • Fluency in English & Bangla.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage day-to-day customer inquiries, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote company products and services.

  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.

  • Update and maintain customer database with accurate information.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by being responsive, courteous, and professional.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
