Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote company products and services.
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Update and maintain customer database with accurate information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
Ensure a positive customer experience by being responsive, courteous, and professional.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
