  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare products and services.

  • Provide accurate information on healthcare solutions and support.

  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
