Working Hours: (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM),

Job Responsibilities:

  • Face to Face counseling Outbound and inbound calls.

  • Target Base Sales generate.

  • Conduct initial consultations to understand the clientโ€™s visa needs (student, work, travel, Job Visa, language course admission & immigration services etc.).

  • Advise clients on the type of visa they should apply for based on their qualifications, purpose of travel, and destination country.

  • Keep clients informed of the latest immigration and visa policy changes, embassy requirements, and procedures.

  • Responsibilities & Context Providing expert advice and guidance to students or clients seeking educational opportunities abroad and individuals applying for job visas.

  • Assisting clients with the complete visa application process, including documentation, submission, and interview preparation.

  • Staying updated on visa requirements, immigration policies, and admission criteria for countries like the JAPAN.

  • Supporting students with university applications, admission processes, and scholarship information.

  • Maintaining a strong relationship with clients, addressing their queries and concerns throughout the process.

  • Coordinating and liaise with relevant embassies to ensure timely submission and approval.

  • Corporate & B2B Client Marketing.
