Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Islamic University of Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Bangladesh University of Professionals,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University students will get preference
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales strategy roles

  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar tools for data analysis and reporting

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)


Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in English communication with excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business growth. As a key player in the business development department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships and crafting strategies to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Analyze competitors, industry developments and customer needs to drive strategy
  • Develop actionable business development strategies that align with company goals

Lead Generation & Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and clients
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, events and digital platforms
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships to drive sustainable business growth

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives
