Requirements

Education
  • An appropriate degree (BBA/MBA/BSC in Engineering) or otherwise acquired appropriate competence and experience in product development

Experience
  • 4 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 27 years
  • Mandatory 4-6 years of experience in Concept Selling and Value-Added Services.

  • Key-skills:

  • Superb Products/ Services Knowledge and VAS industry awareness

  • Technical skills required to create proposals, design solutions to meet client requirements

  • Information Gathering & Data Analysis

  • Strategy & Business Case/plan Documentation

  • Brilliant Presentation and negotiation skills

  • Good connections of VAS in the telecom domain.

  • Proven record in achieving sales targets and establishing client relationships.

  • Good knowledge of mobile VAS products and product lifecycle management - Mobile Applications.

  • Must have Go-to-Market Communication strategies to develop revenue streams & ensuring Customer

  • Delight through enhancement of Value added services.

  • Expertise in formulating promotional schemes and effectively implementing business plans to achieve revenue and profitability norms.

  • Should possess excellent oral and written English communication skills and done extensive Market Analysis.

  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives.


Responsibilities & Context

Job Profile :

  • Engage in the new business development - Value Added Services with brand advertising of the company product.

  • Identifying & establishing relationships with Key Corporate to develop new business.

  • Implementing sales promotion activities /business development/sales & marketing operations.

  • Formulating sales structures designed to assure achievement of agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives.

  • Business Modeling /Agreement closure with various Content/App partners

  • Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors- / expansion of local promotional schemes and

  • providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies to increase revenue.

  • Drive detailed budget planning session YOY for the business

  • Establish and ensure every service launched achieves revenue, profitability, subscriber, penetration, and usage targets
