We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and working closely with senior leadership to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's goals.
Identify and establish partnerships with new agencies to expand the recruitment network.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with new partners, ensuring alignment with QE Group's objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to recruit students for universities affiliated with the QE Group.
Collaborate & visit the agencies to drive student enrollment and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Explore and establish collaborations with educational institutions across different destinations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with these institutions to support QE Group’s strategic goals.
Act as a representative of QE Group at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
Build QE Group’s brand and reputation in the education consultancy sector.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued collaboration and satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and address any concerns or challenges faced by clients.
Offer clear and accurate guidelines to partner agencies on student application processes and visa requirements.
Ensure that all partners are well-informed about the latest policies and procedures.
Organize and conduct training sessions for client agencies, focusing on recruitment strategies, application processing, and visa regulations.
Ensure that all partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively recruit students.
Perform regular follow-ups with agencies to monitor progress, provide support, and ensure alignment with QE Group's recruitment goals.
Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets through proactive engagement and relationship management.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
Develop and implement strategies to expand QE Group’s presence in key markets.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, agency performance, and market trends.
Analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall performance.
