Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Tiles/Ceramic, Lamps, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Technical Infrastructure, E-commerce
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 35 years

Work experiences in Automation, Ceramics and luxury brand item industry will get preference.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Make sales calls/meetings to increase potential customer base and retain existing customers by providing sales and after-sales support.

  • Identify and establish partnerships with architects, interior designers, govt. and corporate clients.      

  • Developing and retaining the business in the lighting industry.

  • Do market research to observe the business trends and find out competitor's information to make an internal strategy and develop new service offers to clients.

  • Preparing corporate proposals, and presentations to meet the client’s needs preparing Marketing Campaign & Strategies.

  • Preparing Marketing Budget & Implementing efficiently.

  • Prepare reports along with presentations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per marketing and promotional activity requirements. Proactiveness and be available and responsive to customers'’ real-time needs.

  • Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.

  • Consistent communication and timely follow-up with existing customers and maintaining client database & following up as per the guideline from the supervisor.
