Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights to help achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideating new and also challenging existing business ideas of a company to successfully execute its business plans to achieve the business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Develop and implement business development strategies across multiple industries.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will guide business decisions.
Develop detailed business process models, flowcharts, and reports.
Collaborate with management to create strategies for achieving business goals based on data analysis and insights.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to drive growth and increase revenue.
Perform cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making and business strategy.
Build and manage strategic relationships with management-level stakeholders in corporate, multinational, and group companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for business operations.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
Negotiate deals and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Working Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM.
Weekly Holiday: Friday.
