Masters/MBA/B.SC in Civil Engineering from any reputed university with exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.
The applicant should have at least 5 (Five) years’ experience in Customer Support, Documentation, Handover, Deus Collection, Approval for Registration, Amount Adjustment & Customer Service from any reputed Real Estate Company.

Practical knowledge on Credit realization, Customer services & the procedure.
Sound knowledge on sales process, payment procedure, agreement, loan procedure, area calculation/measurement, utility connection and handover procedure.
Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package
Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
Ensure required service on time to customers for increasing their satisfaction along with increase company reputation.
Initiate improvement customer service by developing existing service procedures for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Moderate/develop the service skill/procedure with changing situations to minimize customer claims/complaints.
Attend to customer questions, complaints and facilitate satisfactory resolution as and when required.
Receive complaints from clients, resolve in accordance with company policy and management decisions as well as make the clients feel well.
Maintain long-term relationships with valued clients and bring referral customers to progress the business.
Preparation for Approval for Handover, Deus before Registration, Approval for Registration, Amount Adjustment, Dues before Name Transfer & Sales Refund.
Obtain approval from Management for Name Transfer, Sales refund, Unit cancellation, Amount adjustment, Address change and any other that relates to customer service on time.
