MBA in Marketing from renown university will be preferred.

Must have 5 years practical experience to work as Brand Marketing Manager in FMCG sector.
Good computer and presentation skills.
Report writing skills in English and Bangla.
Planning and budgeting skills.
Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
Plan and execute of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media as well as collaborate with agencies, designers and content creators.
Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Work with product, Sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports accordingly and assess ROI as well as manage marketing budgets efficiently and allocate resource effectively.
Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots and analysis key brand matric (awareness, engagement, sentiment and brand bonding etc.)
