Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, and operations of the branch to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, developing marketing strategies, managing sales targets, and ensuring smooth branch operations for an ISP business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch revenue targets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, including B2B and B2C sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, residential customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote ISP services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotions and referrals.
  • Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.

Operations & Team Management

  • Supervise and motivate the sales and customer service teams.
  • Monitor branch performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and branch operational costs.

Customer Service & Retention
