Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Experience
  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Toiletries

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in brainstorming and developing new product concepts aligned with brand strategy and consumer trends.

  • Conduct research on consumer needs, market trends, and competitor products to inform product development strategies.

  • Support formulation and sample testing, including organizing sensory evaluations, gathering feedback, and refining product characteristics.

  • Manage timelines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of product development stages, including R&D, packaging, quality assurance, and marketing.

  • Work closely with procurement, packaging, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure that all product specifications meet brand standards and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define product positioning, packaging, and promotional materials.

  • Support the product testing process, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before release.

  • Review and evaluate consumer feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement and future development.

  • Analyze material costs and suggest improvements to maximize profitability.
