Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Masters or MBA in Accounting, C.A (C.C)/Partly qualified Preferable.
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • 3-5 Years Job experience in Renowned Group of Companies/Industries/ Proper Sector.
  • Practical experience in any large-scale industries.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and skill in English is essential

Responsibilities & Context

  • Developing organizational budget with managers.
  • Reviewing proposals for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Consolidating the organizational budget for review.
  • Vetting funding requests for merit and authenticity.
  • Monitoring spending and keeping the organization within its set budget.
  • Preparing reports and estimating future financial needs.
  • Defending budget recommendations with data and evidence-based analyses.
  • Verify expenditure certifications presented by the beneficiaries.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of the audit plans.
  • Assist with the preparation and follow up of audit missions.
  • Prepare financial reports and statistics.
  • Give advice on contractual, financial and budgetary matters to the personnel of the operational section and to the projects to achieve correct and appropriate implementation of the contracts.
  • Give presentations of Finance, Contract and Audit related issues to external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with external auditors and other financial professionals.
  • Monitoring financial performance and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring appropriate allocation of funds.
  • Conducting financial analyses to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in financial management procedures and implementing changes.
  • Providing financial advice and assistance to various departments within the organization.
  • Preparing financial reports and presenting them to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Developing, implementing and managing financial plans and budgets.
