The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional certifications in compliance, auditing, or related areas are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
Good inter-personal skills, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented, Energetic.
Confident and self-driven Ability to work with buyers, auditors, and government agencies

Ensure compliance with local labour laws and international standards (BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, LRQA etc..)
Maintain and update factory social, environmental, Fire and safety compliance policies.
Handle buyer audits and certification requirements.
Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for management.
Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements.
Co-ordinate with HR, and Admin department for any employment issues.
Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
To maintain and monitor all Audit & customer requirements issues.
Prepared CAP for existing buyers.
Implementation of different policies when required.
Other compliance-related tasks assigned by Management.
