Requirements

Education
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any Discipline from DU/JU/CU/RU/BRACU/NSU/EWU/UIU/AIUB will be preferable.

  • Reputed Public or Private University Graduates are Encouraged to apply.

  • Business Administration/Management/Accounting/Finance/Office Administration/Human Resources/Marketing will be preferable.

Additional Requirements

The Business Support Officer in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry plays a crucial role in supporting business operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and facilitating communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. This position involves administrative coordination, data management, customer support, and compliance monitoring to enhance overall business efficiency and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Support

  • Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for staff or departments.

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems.

Operational Coordination

  • Supporting daily operations to ensure efficiency across teams or departments.

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Project Assistance

  • Assisting in planning and executing projects or events.

  • Coordinating with various departments to meet project timelines and objectives.

Financial and Budget Support

  • Assisting in budget preparation and expense tracking.
