Manage, guide, supervise & control the domestic staff members (cook, waiter, gardener, cleaner, security guard, driver, maid etc.) working in the residence.
Maintaining of attendance, leave & duty roster of the staff members.
Ensure safety, security, hygiene, cleanliness & tidiness of the entire premises of the house.
Provide active support in managing & organizing parties & functions at the house.
Ensure proper & regular functioning of the various utility facilities of the house & take prompt remedial action as and when required.
Take care of the welfare & motivation of the staff members to work with a team spirit.
Ensure procurement of different food, beverage & other household items as and when required & make availability of the same at all times.
Preventing theft/loss/Miuse of Residence equipment/materials.
Any others jobs assigned by the Management from time to time.
