To monitor and control all production process.
To monitor production target every hour of day.
Report production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
To Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line supervisors.
To manage technical and proper production line of Knit Garments.
To follow production plan and achieve set production targets by analyzing individual workers performance, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
To Analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
To Analyze quality data and discussion with other team members.
To perform other production related duties and responsibilities.
