Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Masters or MBA in Accounting/Finance C.A (C.C)/CMA/ACCA Partly qualified Preferable.
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • 2-3 Years Job experience in Renowned Group of Companies/Industries/Proper Sector.
  • Practical experience in any large-scale industries.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Proven experience managing accounting teams and handling complex financial data in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and skill in English is essential.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain and oversee the factory's accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Preparing local supplier invoices & payment procedures.
  • Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges.
  • Matching payments to invoice local supplier.
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient cost management across departments.
  • Working with a billing system generating invoices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Preparing monthly budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems within the factory.
  • Coordinate audits and facilitate the factory's compliance with internal and external auditors.
