Minimum bachelor’s degree
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware & Networking, Hardware Engineer, IP Network, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Network Security, Troubleshoot hardware and software.
Ability to act as a problem-solver.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly.
Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased.
Ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and functioning according to specifications.
Running regular checks on network and data security.
Conducting regular system audits.
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
Identify requirements of computer or network equipment and ensure functionality.
Support audio/visual equipment for on-site and off-site presentations and training.
Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment.
Respond to all users requests and provide them with adequate support.
Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems, key lock systems.
Responsible for handling network configuration: Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
Should be aware of IT Security Policies and ensure implementation through regular staff training.
Maintain and monitor CCTV surveillance infrastructure.
Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
