The candidate must have hands-on experience in facing various types of Technical and Compliance audit internally and externally.
Ready to take workload and balance accordingly.
Responsibilities & Context
Ensuring Technical & Social compliance by monitoring and implementing as per as per audit CAP & buyer requirements.
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending systems and compliance policies and procedures.
To look after and manage buyers’ compliance issues like H&M, Gap, Calvin Clain, Tommy Hinfiger, Tom Tailor, C&A, ALDI, KIABI, Ralph & Lauen, Primark, Next, Tchibo & Others.
To keep up active support to Higg, Better work, ILO and other social & safety development programs.
To maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices.
To maintain all of the issues of 'ACCORD'/ RSC and reputed buyers.
To organize and prepare factories for dealing different audits.
Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
Communicate with buying house, third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements Lead the team and upward subordinates’ skills to make substitute of every work.
Develop, Update & Maintain related documents periodically.
Prepare TNA for appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
Organize all relevant meetings like QMS/EHS/H&S etc., on a regular basis - monthly or as required.
Independently handle all product safety-related issues
.Develop and train factories on compliance standards and requirements.
Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting an internal audit.
Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings.
Prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.
Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
To face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, Higg, RCS, GOTS, GRS, FSC etc. for different kinds of buyers.
Ensure no Child labor, Discrimination-free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc.
