Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Graduation preferably in Accounting/Finance from any reputed institution.

  • Applicant having CACC shall be preferred.

  • Having Training and Short Courses on Internal Auditing will be given preference.

Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory
Additional Requirements
  • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

  • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.

  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.

  • Well conversant with IT equipment.


Responsibilities & Context

  • We are looking for dynamic and experienced candidates as Assistant Manager in the Internal Audit Department for the Head Office and different Factories in different locations.

  • Job Location will be Gulshan - 2, Dhaka / Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar / Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur / South Salna, Gazipur / Rupganj, Narayanganj.

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the audit department.

  • Gather information and data to detect risk and develop mechanisms to enhance internal control.

  • Plan, Lead & Guide Team members to accomplish the assigned task within the limited time period.

  • Lead to Conduct monthly Salary Pre & Post Audit.

  • Prepare management report and monthly Post-Costing & Style Closing Report.

  • Post Audit Petty Cash Voucher.

  • Review and monitor the Inventory of Fabrics, Accessories & General Items (Receive & Issue).

  • Section-wise OT reconciliation in comparison with production.

  • Calculate daily costing in comparison with daily production.

  • Verifying the consumption of raw material (yarn & chemicals) and strictly monitoring the process loss ratio.

  • Order reconciliation (yarn receive to delivery).

  • Monitoring daily production reports and efficiency (sewing to finishing).

  • Physically verify the wastage and leftover sales.

  • Verifying different bills like fuel bills/twisting bills/conveyance bills/entertainment bills/lunch bills etc.

  • Checking Proforma Invoices of Trims, Yarn, and Fabrics to comply with approved ERP generate work orders and confirming the rate, consumption, and wastage percentage as per SOP.

  • Checking different commercial documents like UD/GSP/SAFTA/STAMP/BL.

  • Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
