Requirements

Education
  • Master's/ MBA in Accounting with good academic result or CA course completed (CACC) from any reputed CA firm.

  • The candidate having Master's in Accounting should have three-year practical experience in any group of companies.

  • Experience is relaxed for those who have completed their article ship from any reputed CA firms.

Additional Requirements
  • Familiar with International Financial Reporting, Standards, International Auditing Standard, Income Tax & VAT Laws, Companies Act etc.

  • Should have competency on computer-based accounting system.

  • Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.

  • Good interpersonal & communication skill.

  • Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.


Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

  • Playing an active role in formulating the internal Audit plan with appropriate risk based and implementing the plan.

  • Review internal control systems and recommend for improvements.

  • To ensure that the audits reports are accurate, match the audit objective, and contain recommendations.

  • To coordinate and communicate with the Department Head's regarding Audit issues.

  • Ability to keep documents, study and internet data and make report.

  • Strong analytical skills that help observe, evaluate and draw inferences.

  • Prepare different monthly report and weekly report.

  • Check daily cash deposit and others bank transactions.

  • Check all of receipts & payment, bank reconciliation, income statement etc.

  • Check Cash & Bank book, Supplier ledger, different types of registers, etc.

  • Identifying and fixing gaps in procurement, dispatch and display process.

  • Carry out accounts and systems auditing & figured out discrepancies & inefficiencies.

  • To check and verify all store requisition, delivery challan, MRR, bill, voucher etc.

  • Ensure physical verification of stock & cash.

  • Local procurement audit, price verification and justification.

  • Check cash voucher, bills/ expenses, payment requisitions.

  • Raw materials finished goods & general store item inventory taking & audit.

  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.

  • Pre-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, bill etc.

  • Able to handle Companies tax, VAT, Customs etc.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management time to time.
