Employee Onboarding:
Assist to develop onboarding programs aligned with the company’s strategic vision to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Create tailored onboarding experiences that support new employees in understanding their roles and contributions to business objectives.
Payroll Management and Benefits:
Ensure the payroll process for all employees of the group, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Make sure payroll complies with labour law, local regulations, including tax laws and employment standards.
Make precise payroll records, including employee timesheets, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments.
Execute payroll processing systems, including payroll software updates and integrations.
Check and control payroll reports for management and provide insights into payroll costs and trends.
Take corrective and preventive measures on payroll discrepancies, and errors ensuring confidentiality.
Collaborate with Finance and MIS departments to ensure seamless payroll and benefits integration.
Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans.
Master Data Management (MDM):
Execute robust Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to ensure accurate and secure employee data.
Utilize analytics to monitor key HR metrics, identify talent trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Ensure data sources, data acquisition, metadata (data models, schemas, standards and rules repository, metadata monitoring), data hub, integration and access & security.
Make sure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
Employee Exit Management & FnF Settlement:
Make employee exit/offboarding memorable through treating employees warmly, regardless of the reason behind their departure.
Retrieve Insights from departing employees and make document to unveil the reasons behind employees’ attrition.
Ensure required compliance to avoid any legal issue.· Protect assets by receiving all physical assets (keys, access cards, desktops, mobile etc.), collecting sensitive organization related data from their personal devices, cancelling the digital access rights (employee portal, corporate email).
Prevent productivity drops by requesting departing employees to properly document project responsibilities, transfer process knowledge, and various ownerships of resources.
Make sure timely and compliant Full and Final (FnF) settlements and asset recovery to protect organizational interests.
Employee Personal Files & HR Documentation:
Manage the file room to ensure proper organization and compliance of employee files.
Introduce best practices (like digitalize file and document) of personal file & HR documentation.
Analysis and Reporting:
Keep updated about talent management trend in local and international scenario.
Conduct market survey and prepare analysis report for strategic decision.
