Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
Additional Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or finance/related roles.
  • Strong understanding of VAT regulations and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in executive support is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to provide high-level administrative and financial support to our CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth business operations, particularly in VAT tax File management, staff file organization, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong financial acumen, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Administrative & Staff File Management:

  • Organize and maintain staff files, including contracts, performance records, and payroll documents.
  • Ensure all HR and administrative documentation is up to date.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by managing essential paperwork.

Executive Support:

  • Maintain and organize important CEO documents and reports.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries as required.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and liaise with internal teams.

Finance & Tax Management:

  • Manage and maintain VAT tax files, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and account reporting.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to prepare financial documents.
